BRASS is the Brazilian Room Acoustic Simulator, developed by prof. Julio Torres at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. It is intended to provide Impulse Responses and Auralization from acoustical environments, such as Theaters, Concert Halls, classrooms or open areas.
BRASS 2.0 – Download Version
The demo version is fully functional, except for the number of planes, sources and receivers on each project. Number of planes is limited to 20, allowing several shape analysis, including those created in the room design module. Projects can be load and saved, importation and auralization modules are also avaliable without restrictions.
